The Alexis Rosenberg Foundation has merged with the Goldsmith-Greenfield Foundation to form the Greenfield Foundation. The Greenfield Foundation, which is based in Sarasota, Fl, will manage the Goldsmith and Rosenberg Funds.

The Rosenberg Fund will continue to make grants to projects that benefit American youth, with particular attention to the Greater Philadelphia region. However, applications for grants to the Greenfield Foundation will be considered only if sponsored by a trustee. Uninvited requests will not be considered.

The merger represents an effort to simplify operations and to make greater impact on the comunities served.
